BB cream is the hot new beauty product that big name brands like Maybelline, Bobbi Brown, and L’Oreal are starting to carry. Many collegiettes are wondering what all this fuss is about. What exactly is this new magical product?

On the contrary, BB cream is not new at all! In fact it was created in the 1960s. The cream was created for women after laser surgeries for its moisturizing benefits and light coverage. Korean celebs began using it in the 1980s as their secret weapon to produce beautiful and luminous skin. And now thanks to numerous brands it is available to us!
BB cream is an all-in-one solution to several problems collegiettes may face. It soothes the skin with its moisturizing effects; protects the skin form the sun with an SPF factor; and makes the skin look smoother and free of imperfections as a primer and foundation. BB cream, in other words, is a collegiettes dream come true!

However all BB creams are not created equal and you may have to experiment to find the one you like the best! Some great ones worth trying at a low price point are L’Oreal Paris Magic Skin Beautifier BB Cream, $11; Stila Stay All Day 10-In-1 HD Beauty Balm, $38; or Clinique Age Defense BB Cream, $37. Any of these are a terrific way to produce hassle-free luminous skin.
