Fall is definitely here! Meaning no more poolside days in your new suit, belly shirts and daisy dukes, flip flops, or nights on the beach… but that doesn’t mean you have to give up that summer bod you worked so hard for in the first place!
Everyone knows the stress of school, test, papers, and clubs can take over not only your social life, but also your (probably already non-existent) fitness schedule. Don’t let the stress of school get you down! The Auburn University Student Act Center has tons of group fitness classes at all hours of the day, 7 days a week. Have a class at 8 am and no free time during the day? Hit up the 6 am yoga class.
Getting up and starting your day earlier has been proven to help students focus and thrive in their classes and in other areas throughout the day. Stayed out too late the night before to wake up that early? Zumba, Dancin’ Tone, and Butts and Guts classes are all held in the morning as well as late in the evening. Not only does the Student Act Center offer tons of great fitness classes, but they also have weight rooms, fitness rooms, cardio hallways, gymnasiums, and even a registered dietician’s office.
Group fitness passes can be purchased online for only $15 and you can go to ANY class or use ANY fitness room of your choice, ANY time! $15 or 15 pounds….the choice is up to you! Get in shape and have FUN doing it! Grab a friend and hit up the Student Act Center; that summer bod is STILL calling your name!
