Hey ladies, Cathryn here! Alright, let’s get down to business…we all know that in college you run into some parties on the weekend and admit it or not, most of us are most likely going for a few beers, even though we’re underage. Beer drinking leads to the nightmare we all know as: BEER BELLY (dun dun DAHHHH)!! How can you avoid it? How can you party on the weekend, on a budget and still keep that slim figure? READ ON GIRL! I’m here to help.
 
The best possible thing to do, if you do decide to drink, in my opinion, is water. If you do drink alcohol, at least be smart about it, and drink water in-between. AND the great thing about water is that it is completely SUGAR FREE! That’s a big problem when you’re drinking, besides the fact that you’re underage, so many drinks are sugary and you’re taking in an insane amount of calories without even really feeling it. And that is NOT GOOD. 
If you decide you must drink…then keep in mind that clear drinks are the healthiest for women. And what do you know?!?!?! WATER is clear. Too funny!
 
Finally, the most important thing to keep in mind while drinking is MODERATION!!! There is no reason to go out there and drink your brains away! In fact, that’s pretty dangerous girl! You gotta look out for you. A few drinks here and there won’t kill you, but just beware of the beer gut! Remember, doctors advise women to have no more than two drinks
a day, so try to keep yourself as close to that number as you can! (We all know college kids usually get a little rowdier than two…but do your best ladies…you’re body is a temple!)

Hi ladies, Val here! I hope everyone is having a fabulous week! With Thanksgiving and all
that food just a few days away have the perfect power move of the week to ensure
that we hit every part of the body with just one single power move. The power move
of this week is the squat thrust. This move targets your entire body and that is exactly
what us ladies need in preparation for that big Thanksgiving dinner!

 
Here’s how to start the Squat Thrust:
First stand with your feet shoulder-width apart with your sides and your arms. Then
you are going to push your hips back and then bend your knees. From that position,
squat down and slowly place your hands on the floor while putting your weight on
them. Next, kick your legs backward, which will bring you into a push-up position.
In this push-up position make sure that you keep your arms straight. Bring your legs
back to the squat position quickly and then jump up as high as you can. Once you
land you’re going to want to reset and repeat as many times as you are comfortable
with.
 
And there you have it ladies! This one move will make sure that every inch of your
beautiful bodies will be taken care of! Have a great thanksgiving! Lots of love to you
