Weekly Workout: Plyometrics, Get Your Heart Racing

This workout is mostly plyometrics, which will get your heart rate up all while making you stronger! It’s a shorter one, so perfect to do when you’re taking a break from studying and need to boost your brain power. 

 

Do each move for 30 seconds.

 

  • Jump Squats
  • Jumping Jacks
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Burpees
  • Jumping Split Lunges
  • Pushups
  • High Knees
  • Air Bike (abs)

 

Repeat at least 2 times and it will only take 8 minutes.

 

Now go kill this workout just like you’ll kill your finals!
