Fashion and business collide once again on UGA’s campus, as designer Vince Camuto hosts his annual interview style contest.
“The online marketing skills I cultivated as an intern with Vince Camuto (VC) have impacted me tremendously since returning to the University of Georgia as a senior Mass Media Arts major,” said Macy Sirmans, a 2012 VC intern and current VC UGA campus manager. “Thanks to Camuto Group, I feel confident in combining my strengths as a journalist with my passion for fashion!”
Interested fashionistas submit a photo to the VC on Campus Facebook page rather than the common resume. Participants can showcase their personal work style as an application to intern in the fashion industry.
Two winners will be selected from the submissions. Winners will have the chance to intern with VC. The two chosen will win a paid 8-weeklong internship in New York City with paid housing. Runners up will receive a gift card to VinceCamuto.com This opportunity is exclusive to students actively enrolled in the 50 schools involved with the VC College Ambassador program.
