Name: Fernando Laureano

Year: Junior

Hometown: Naranjito, PR

Major: Public Relations and Publicity

Relationship Status: Single

1. HC: Which do you consider to be your best personality trait?

I’m spontaneous.

2. HC: What do you like most about studying public relations and publicity?

I love to watch and analize comercials, understanding the customers and the message it sends to them.  I enjoy everything that has to do with publicity.

3. HC: What do you like to do on your spare time?

I like listening to music, playing soccer, working out, to sleep…oh!  And I love watching TV series.  My favorite one is Burn Notice.

4. HC: For how long have you been playing soccer?

I’ve been playing since I was fifteen, so five years.

5. HC: What places do you like to hang out?

I like every type of atmosphere, from relaxing in a bar with some friends to dancing in a nightclub. Also, I enjoy inviting my friends over to my house, drink some beers and chill.

6. HC: What’s it like growing up in Naranjito, such a small town?

The mountain atmosphere is very chill. It’s so relaxing, there’s not much noise.  It’s good when you’re a kid because you can enjoy it since the houses have so much land space.  You’d play hide and seek and they’d never find you. My friends and I would invite people to get together in our houses.

7. HC: Is there something that your parents taught you as a child that you still practice in the present?

My mom always told me I should always help out my family and friends when they’re in need, no matter what.

8. HC: What’s your biggest turn-on in a girl?

Good communication.  I’d like her to be a bro type of girl, low drama.  I want our interaction to be very liberal, just as I do with my guy friends. I want a girl with goals who’s dedicated to achieving them, and that has hobbies that we could share besides studying and working.

9. HC: What is your biggest turn off in a girl?

I don’t like it when they use long denim skirts.  Personally, I don’t like a girl who doesn’t show interest in herself.

10. HC: What’s your idea of a perfect date?

We would start off by going to get some ice cream.  After that we would have dinner, and not just in any place, in a nice spot that’s not casual, somewhere with music playing and a happy ambience.  Then it would be nice going to my place in Naranjito, watch the stars and feel the fresh air of my hometown.

11. HC: Who’s your celebrity crush?

Emma Stone and Irene Montala.

12. HC: How do you see yourself in ten years?

Working for Bacardi.  On a personal level, I would like to be married by thirty, but with no children yet.
