Lilly Pulitzer passed away on Sunday, April 7, in her Palm Beach home.
I personally cannot believe that this amazing woman, the one whose name can be found on almost every piece of clothing in my closet, is gone.
The news initially made me very sad, but I have since realized that the only way to honor her death is by celebrating the great contributions she made to the world of fashion. I have had many a fabulous time wearing Lilly Pulitzer, and I want to share with you some of my favorite pieces from the brand, along with some of her own words of wisdom that have inspired me over the years.
