So, you’re at the gym doing your daily routine and lets face it…working out can be a struggle. If you’re looking to start going to the gym, or you want to start going more often, there is one very important factor to keep you motivated. Any ideas on what that could be? Well, here’s a hint: it’s the reason you take your iPod or iPhone to the gym with you. Music is a vital part of staying pumped during a workout (especially those first 15 minutes) and prolonging how much cardio or weightlifting you can handle. Now, some students may not be in-tune to the perfect workout music or maybe you’re just to busy to sit down and find songs that fit your workout routine.
