Why did you choose this costume?
I chose this catwoman costume for Halloween this year because a friend had let me borrow it in advance, I hate being worried about costumes last minute so I was well prepared this year, haha. I thought the costume was cute and that it would keep me warm-ish on a brisk night.
How are you involved on campus?
I am a member of Her Campus, on the Health & Lifestyle team. I also play intramural volleyball every Thursday on campus!
Best experience on campus?
My best experience on campus was meeting all of my now really good friends in first & second year classes.
Worst dating experience?
My worst dating experience was when I went on a blind date. I hope this experience didn’t scar me for life, because I hear some blind dates can go well, but this wasn’t one of them! The guy was super nice but just the epitome of awkward and I knew 15 minutes into the date how the rest of it would go, me holding the conversation, me asking the questions, me filling in the long pauses and silences. It was a good way to learn how to function in those uncomfortable types of situations, and I’ll chalk that date up to a learning experience, haha.
What do you look for in your significant other?
I think the first thing I look for is kindness, that to me is important. Someone who helps people without thinking twice and looks to make other people happy first. I look for humour, he has to be funny, and find me funny, haha, that’s key. I look for a man that’s ambitious, he has goals and knows what he has to do to achieve them. I look for someone that has passion in whatever it is they like. I look for someone that is adventerous, enjoys doing activities outside and living a healthy and active lifestyle. He has to be honest, respectful and outgoing. I look for someone that lives a full and exciting life, and I would just be their favourite part. He could be romantic too, I guess. : )
Biggest turn off?
When a guy and I are in a social situation and he’s unable to carry good conversation if and when I’d have to leave the scene for a moment.
Who is your Celebrity Crush?
It’s a toss up between Henri Cavill, Dave Franco, Kenny Wormald and Zac Efron.
What would your dream date be like?
My dream date would just be something that he put thought into, some type of activity where we get to share an experience together. It could be anything from rock climbing to dining in the dark.
What is your dream job?
I would love to own or work in public relations representing a brand or company that I am passioante for. At the moment, I would say something fitness/healthy lifestyle oriented.
Who is your role model?
I have a few; I would say my two sisters and parents. They all lead lives that I desire for the future, full of love and happiness. I look to them for advice and they will always be the people I look up to most.
Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
In ten years I will be 31, ideally would be married and I’m not sure where I would be living. I will have travelled around the world with my husband and be living a full and happy life.
