Now we know UW-Madison is the best school in the nation, but what exactly sets us badgers a part from the rest? In honor of our last two game days coming up (BEAT IU and Penn State!), here’s a short list of why us badgers are the finest around…
- We LOVE the Memorial Union Terrace, especially when it’s hot and sunny
- We get in shape while trekking up Bascom Hill
- Oh yeah, we sled down Bascom Hill
- We love eating those McTaggarts breakfast sandwiches (specifically at 3am)
- Everyone has taken or been in a classic capitol pic
- We’re food cart fiends
- Class? How bout Friday after class (FAC) at KK
- We take walks on Lake Mendota during the winter
- We have one of the best farmers markets—can someone say cheesy bread?
- We love to bike/run/walk on the lakeshore path
- Memorial and college library are our second homes (or maybe that’s just me…)
- We want Mifflin back!
- We bleed red and white…all the time.
- Sometimes we actually make it to a football game
- And even if we don’t…we JUMP AROUND anyway!
