The Hottest Drinks For The Cold Weather

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Bryant chapter.

Whether you’re a Dunkin’ person or a Starbucks girl, there are tons of hot drinks out there to keep you warm for the cold months ahead.

As far as Dunkin’ goes, our favorite is definitely the Dunkaccino. It is a magical combination of hot chocolate and coffee. Dunkin’ also has a wide variety of other drinks that will warm you right up. The ones Dunkin’ does really well are:

  • Mint Hot Chocolate

  • Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate

  • Peppermint Mocha Latte

  • Caramel Swirl Latte

And of course the original hot chocolate is amazing. Just one sip and it’s over; we dare you not to drink the whole cup.

When deciding what to drink at Starbucks on those cold days, the Vanilla Chai Tea Latte is pretty much Christmas in a cup and is definitely my go-to. Some other Starbucks favorites are:

  • Gingerbread Latte

  • Caramel Macchiato

  • White Hot Chocolate

  • Green tea Latte

Choose any of these drinks and you will not be disappointed. Both companies also officially have their holiday cups out, so go grab one and get in the spirit! Sure some people are against holiday themed things before Thanksgiving, but we at Her Campus are total supporters. Drink up!
