A Little More About Ann!

Taken or single: Taken

Celeb crush: Natalie Portman (not ashamed)

Fun fact: I love cranberries. Not just Craisins, but the fresh cranberries.

Biggest pet peeve: People ignoring others’ sneezes.

Favorite movie: She’s the Man

TV show you are currently obsessed with: Big Bang Theory

Top song on your playlist: “Year 3000” (again, not ashamed)

Most embarrassing moment at BC:  Last semester I had a hole in my jeans. I didn’t find out until I got home and one of the first things my mom said to me was to inform me of this hole. Who knows how long it was there.

Ideal date: A picnic at the beach, followed by a nice stroll, perhaps some shopping, and ending the night with some dancing (outdoor band preferable, but I’m decently flexible on this one). Of course, flowers are always welcome. Cut flowers are good, but flowers that need to be planted would be even cooler. We could plant them together in a secret location, then come back and see them grow!

Quote I live by: “Even the smallest person can change the course of the future.”

I am a Political Science major and Women's and Gender Studies minor at Boston College. I am an RA on campus and am involved in the Student Admissions Program. Since I am from Florida, I can legitimately say that I love long walks on the beach. I also love getting lost in a world fabricated by a novel, there is honestly nothing better.
Kelsey Damassa is in her senior year at Boston College, majoring in Communications and English. She is a native of Connecticut and frequents New York City like it is her job. On campus, she is the Campus Correspondent for the Boston College branch of Her Campus. She also teaches group fitness classes at the campus gym (both Spinning and Pump It Up!) and is an avid runner. She has run five half-marathons as well as the Boston Marathon. In her free time, Kelsey loves to bake (cupcakes anyone?), watch Disney movies, exercise, read any kind of novel with a Starbucks latte in hand, and watch endless episodes of "Friends" or "30 Rock."
