Connor was born and raised in the Raleigh area and grew up as an N.C. State fan. He also roots for the Denver Broncos, who are currently in the playoffs. Aside from football, Connor enjoys lacrosse. He played lacrosse while in high school and is now apart of the intramural team at UNC Wilmington.

He has found a side-job that he is passionate about in the booming Wilmington film industry. Recently, he was featured and credited as an actor in NBC’s “Revolution,” HBO’s “Eastbound and Down,” CBS’s “Under the Dome,” FOX’s “Sleepy Hollow” and the student-produced film “803.” He loves movies, some of his favorites including, “Blow,” “Kids,” “The Wolf of Wall Street” and let’s not forget to mention that he is a huge “Star Wars” fan.

So I know you’re into movies, are you into any TV shows right now? What are your favorites?

I like “Entourage,” “The Sopranos,” Eastbound & Down” (they film right behind my house in my neighborhood), “Sons of Anarchy” and “Nathan for You.”

What kind of music do you like? Do you play any instruments?

I like all music, from reggae, hip-hop rap, country, rock, every kind of music. I have been playing guitar for six years now. A long time, I should be better. I could be a beast if I had practiced all this time…

What’s the first thing you would do if you won the lottery?

I’ve thought about this a lot, actually. I definitely would just go somewhere, I don’t know where, but I would fly somewhere with a select few people and just go abroad. Then we’d come back and buy houses in our favorite places, but we would have to go on a trip first.

What’s on your list of destinations?

Spain (anywhere in Spain), Tahiti, all the big European cities, Australia, I’d even go revisit Cancun.

Well until you win the lottery, what are some of your favorite places to hang out in Wilmington?

Jerry Allen’s, Courts and Sports, Kat 5 Kava Bar, Front Street Brewery and The Pub at Sweet and Savory

What would an ideal Wilmington first date be with a girl you really like?

A nice restaurant on the beach, if she was a girl I really liked. I don’t know in particular because then you always have something to do after dinner like go chill on the beach.

What’s your best pick-up line?

I don’t really have pick-up lines. Usually, just like “Hey, can I get you a beer?”

What kind of qualities do you look for in a girl?

Intelligence, laid-back, spontaneous, low maintenance, attractive
