1. Wishful thinking that there is a “Chuck and Blair” relationship waiting for you around the corner… and the emotional attachment that comes along with it.

2. You live vicariously through Serena and Blair; your life goal is to be the next big style icon/socialite or on the front of Page 6 magazine.

3. The NYC setting and the constant urge to eat lunch with your “followers” on the MET steps.

4. The “zero to hero” story of Dan and Jenny Humphrey and how they miraculously had New York City wrapped around their fingers.

5. In Season 5, you feel like a princess just as much as Blair.

6. The places these independent teenagers get to travel on a whim… like who gets to just hop on their private jet to Paris?

7. Holy DRAMA! The (what seems to be) love “hexagon”, scheming and lying characters (i.e.: Georgina Sparks).

8. The way we rethink our parents being crazy due to the behavior of Lilly Vanderwoodsen-Humphrey.

9. The boys are undoubtedly easy on the eyes. Nate Archibald and Chuck Bass have your heart melting at first sight.

10. The longing to determine who the mastermind behind the suspenseful “xoxo gossip girl” is, and seeing if your initial prediction was right.
