HC (Her Campus): Myles, what’s it like going to school with your siblings, Mia (’17) and Max?Myles (Myles Harris): We went to three different high schools so it’s cool that we all ended up here.
HC: Max, did you decide to come to Wake because of Myles?Max (Max Harris): Myles told us about how great it was and we trusted him, so it really became our top choice.
HC: So what are you guys involved in on campus?Myles: I’ve been the head manager of the men’s soccer team for the past two years. I’m also a member of club baseball – I play third and first base.Max: And I’m a lazy bum (laughs).
HC: What are your favorite things about Wake?Myles: Definitely the people, the friends I’ve made who are from all over the U.S. I planned to stay in-state for school but branching out and meeting new people is the best thing I could’ve done.Max: I like the weather best. Back in Chicago they make us go to school in three feet of snow and here three inches is like a world war.
HC: Who are your celebrity crushes?Myles: Sophia Vergara – love her accent. I like foreign women, like 2 Chainz. I can just tell she knows how to have fun, just from the way she talks.Max: Mila Kunis.Myles: That’s a safe one.Max: Is it a safe one? She’s a hot girl.
HC: What do you look for in a girl?Myles: A girl that can laugh. Laid back and there to have a good time.Max: Long hair, tats, gotta know how to twerk. Just joking. I think it’s a Harris thing, but I like someone funny, not stuck up. Someone who finds it easy to be happy.
HC: Favorite artist or band?Myles: Kanye West. I have every piece of music he’s made.Max: I’m also gonna have to say Mr. West. He’s just come out with totally different things over the years. He has this ego but he produces music that nobody else can produce.
HC: Here’s a tough one – what’s your spirit animal?Myles: I’m gonna go with a liger because it represents comedy, just from Napoleon Dynamite alone. Never seen one in person but I’ve seen a tiger and they’re close.Max: Maybe a fire-breathing dragon. They’re cool and Dragon Tales was the shit.
HC: Any big summer plans?Myles: We’re going to Rome after school. Rome is tight, Rome is tight. I’ll definitely try to visit all my best friends in Boston and Kentucky. But the big baby is Lollapalooza in August.Max: Just travelling. Every summer we travel a lot.Myles: He’s been to so many more countries than I have…Max: I’m at 20 now.Myles: Seoul, Bangkok, Istanbul, Shanghai…we have got to go to Tokyo.
