Teenager goes on “stabbing rampage” in PA high school.
Alex Hribal, a high school student from Murrysville, Pennsylvania was accused of stabbing roughly 21 people on Wednesday. The sixteen-year-old left four of the 21 in critical condition. The accused brought two kitchen knives to school and attacked people in the hallways before being tackled by a security guard and the vice principle of the school. Hribal will be tried as an adult in court, he is charged with four counts of attempted homicide, 21 cases of aggravated assault, and one count of possession of a weapon on school grounds.

Malaysian Airlines plane is still missing.
On Wednesday searches again shrank the search area for Flight 310 based on pings that were received in the Southern Indian Ocean that are believed to be from the black-box recorders of the plane. Air Chief Marshal Angus Houston said, “I’m now optimistic that we will find the aircraft in the not too distant future,” While the search teams are closer to finding the craft there still is no evidence to find out what happened during the flight, or what the motive might have been for a purposeful crash.

Tumblr encourages users to change passwords.
One of the Internet’s main encryption methods OpenSSL has been leaking out information, 64 kilobytes at a time, since March of 2012. The “Heartbleed” bug was just now discovered and many websites that use OpenSSL, including Tumblr and other popular, password-protected sites are encouraging users to change their passwords in order to protect their personal information in case the bug has already captured your old passwords. The bug is being fixed. NPR’s news applications developer Jeremy Bowers said, “You’re probably protected from this point going forward,”
