I am obsessed with nail polish, Essie is my personal favorite, and own over 50 colors. I not only change my colors per season but basically every other day. Summer colors are great and can range from neons to pastels to anything bold. Basically all polishes with a great color will do for summer. These are some of my favorite shades, and don’t forget the topcoat!
Punchy Pink
The ultimate Her Campus color, a neon, in your face pink.
Find Me An Oasis
Not only does the name remind you of summer, the pretty pale blue is perfect for a day at the beach.
She’s Pampered
This color is a mix of a red and pink but will definitely give you the daring red without being too dark for summer.
Go Ginza
One of my ultimate favorites! Even though its more of a pastel, it’s really pretty and is great for everyday wear.
Orange it’s Obvious
This color can be tricky to wear because it is very obviously orange, however it’s a great bold choice.
Rose Bowl
This dark pink isn’t overwhelming but still a striking color.
Indelible-Formula X
While this may not be and Essie color, it is a great deep purple that is a little darker for a break from all the bright colors!
Fiji
This is the ultimate summer color. It’s really pretty but still neutral-it also really brings out a tan!
First Time
I was unsure about this color at first because green can be a weird nail polish color but now I use it all the time! It’s unique but not overwhelming by any means.
