cityMANI: Manicures At Your Fingertips

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at NYU chapter.

So it’s Saturday night and it’s typical indecisiveness.  You and your friends are hanging out wanting to do something, but what?  Going out isn’t an option because, hey, you have to take it easy some time, but on the other hand how many wine and cheese nights can you have (actually, don’t answer that question).

Many you can do each other’s nails?  But no– your nail-painting skills have you looking like Mystique from X-Men by the time they’ve dried.  Cute idea, but no cigar.  Unless, of course, you can order a manicure.

           Say what?

That’s cityMANI: the manicure you can order as easily as a pizza.  It’s an idea that’s so mind-blowing, so obviously perfect you sit there and go, “Well…I should’ve jumped on that bandwagon when I got the chance.”

So in order to ease your pain, how about a manicure?  cityMANI gives you ton to choose from, including ten percent off your first booking.  Either book an individual appointment or multiple (two to five people), possibly even going for the polish party option (six or more people) or, dare it be a suggestion, the “mani’s for mini’s” booking (a whopping ten or more people).  As the number of people you have goes up, the prices go down, proving that the more is most certainly the merrier.

But don’t think cityMANI is exclusively for girls’ nights in.  The service boasts in a specialization for special occasion and events from bachelorette to bridal parties.  They’ll even come to your dorm for the College Special, a Polish Party for up to ten girls for only $150.  That’s, what, fifteen bucks per girl?  Not bad for an at-home party, eh?  (Book your own using the code HerNYU and email info@citymani.com for details)

Not to mention the manicurists themselves are extremely amiable and accommodating.  If you get Gabby, you’re sure to have an excellent experience (and a manicure that lasts beyond two weeks).

Now go forth and get a mani-pedi in the safety of your own comfort zone. Or if you find yourself more than the natural fervor of a nail enthusiast, check out cityMANI’s college ambassador program for mani-ac’s (see what they did there?) that are interested in running their own business.  Simply email info@citymani.com, and they’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Enjoy the nails, ladies.  cityMANI gives you “manicures at your fingertips.”
