Major: Accounting

Class: Sophomore

 

What are your hobbies?

Connie Chu: My hobbies are going on adventures in the city with my friends and having picnics in the park. I also enjoy binge watching Nip/Tuck and Scandal on Netflix with my roommates.

Are you involved in any student orgs? 

CC: My friends and I are starting a new club called Women’s Empowerment at Drexel. Our goal is help women in our school and in Philadelphia become more confident in themselves so that they can feel like anything is possible. 

What is your favorite part about Drexel?

CC: My favorite part about Drexel is the diversity. I have had the opportunity to meet amazing people and go to different places. I love being able to have new experiences every day. 

Why did you choose Drexel?

CC: The co-op opportunities are the main reason I came to Drexel. I also came to Drexel because I love being in a city atmosphere. Philly has so much to offer and I wanted to take part in it. 

Best moment at Drexel? 

CC: The best moment I have had at Drexel is moving in with my roommates this year. I’m so happy to be living with my best friends. 

Plans after graduation?

CC:  After I graduate, I plan to get my CPA license and work for a big four company. Also, I plan on taking a year off to travel the world.

Drexel

Lindsey is a senior at Drexel University, majoring in operations management & bus. analytics. She has been with Her Campus Drexel for four years and was CC for the middle two. Along with living the city life, she takes an active interest in street style, putting together puzzles and binge-watching her current Netflix obsession. She actually calls Montana her true home so now you can say you know that someone actually lives there ;). When she's in Philly, you can find her in Center City scouring the racks of thrift stores, Old Navy, and H&M if she's not on campus enjoying the multiple food trucks or catching up on the readings she put off until the last day.
