Describe yourself in three words: ENTHUSIASTIC, because otherwise life would be boring! SPORTY, because keeping fit is important to me. OPTIMISTIC, because I’ve been through a lot and so I just need to keep happy and get on with it!

Favourite food: Definitely a medium rare steak with thick-cut chips.  

Favourite qualities in a girl: I love a nice smile, someone who is easy to talk to and likes similar things to me. Someone with beautiful eyes and a sexy accent, namely Spanish, Italian, Irish, Welsh or Geordie.

Blonde or brunette and why: Brunettes. Especially if they have blue eyes! I suppose most of my ex-girlfriends have been brunette so I’m naturally attracted to them.

Best date you’ve ever been on and why: I’ve not been on many but it was probably one time at Bella Italia in Nottingham with my girlfriend at the time. There was atmospheric, Italian music and we shared some amazing spaghetti and pizza, sort of in the style of The Lady and the Tramp!

Something you can’t stand: People who won’t admit they’re wrong.

Favourite night of Fresher’s week and why: Definitely Grey’s Superbop because it rounded off a brilliant week.

Most embarrassing moment: On the second day of Year 7 in the dining hall I was carrying a bowl of tomato soup and I happened to slip and chuck it all up in the air – it landed on top of me. It was made a little bit better by the fact my mate did the same thing a few minutes later!
