The leaves and temperature are rapidly changing and unfortunately our skin is too. Here are some beauty products we feel will make fall seem a little better even though we are saying so long to our sun-kissed glow.

1. BronzerYou’ve spent the past few months perfecting your tan, but now as the sun starts to set earlier, that tan may be fading. Don’t worry, you can still get that perfect glow and sparkle with bronzer. Our favorite is Nars, shade Laguna. This bronzer is the perfect shade of “tan” (never orange!) and has the prettiest sparkles throughout. When applying be sure to use a bronzer brush and apply to your forehead, cheeks, and chin line.

2. MoisturizerThis is a must even though it extends your morning routine. We may have been able to skip this step in the warm-humid temperatures, but now is not the time to do so. Try applying a face and body moisturizer after each shower to ensure the softest skin. We like to stick with moisturizers that use the most natural ingredients to avoid harming our skin.

3. Dark lipstickTime to kiss our hot pink and orange lipsticks away and make room for berry and plum colors. Plum lips are a HUGE trend for fall. Dark lipsticks tend to adhere to any dryness that may be on the lip so always use a lip moisturizer before or a lipstick with moisture within. Our fave is definitely Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics Lip Tar in Vintage-Dark Burgundy.

4. Face maskNot only does this perfect the glow, but also everyone needs some “me time”. What better way to end a cold, exhausting day than with a facemask and maybe some tea! Our favorite mask for this ideal night is First Aid Beauty’s Ultra Repair Instant Oatmeal Mask.

5. Nail polishThe best accessory yet! Having freshly manicured nails is a major mood-booster. Bring on the gray and maroons. Our favorite brand of nail polish is Essie; try Swing Velvet for the perfect maroon.
