6 Easy Halloween Group Costumes

Halloweek starts tonight. Do you and your group of friends still need an idea of what to dress up as? Below are 6 easy group costumes that you and your friends can dress up as in a matter of minutes. 

1. Taylor Swift Shake It Off: 

What you need:

1) Dancer off Duty: Black leotard and white crop top sweater. 

2) White Swan: White leotard and white tutu.

3) ‘80s Breakdancer: Bomber jacket, black leggings, and a jersey.

4)  Modern Dancer: Grey leotard 

5) Lady Gaga: Gold jacket, gold pants, and retro visor glasses

6) Taylor: Black crop top, black leggings or pants, and red lipstick.

7) Nerd Chic: Black jacket and nerd glasses

8) Taylor from the Block: Leopard jacket, jean shorts, hoop earrings, and gold chain necklace

9) Cheerleader: White crop top, blue skater skirt, blue bow, and white keds. (Bonus Points: pom poms)

2.  Stages of Britney Spears: 

What you need:

1) Baby One More Time: A white shirt with buttons (note: you will not be using the buttons), tied up in a knot. A short plaid skirt, gray cardigan, knee socks, and Mary Jane heels (or keds/converse). Braid your hair into pigtails. (AKA the sexy school girl)

2) I’m A Slave 4 U: A green chiffon bra, denim shorts, scarves to hang off of the shorts, and flat, knee-high boots. Whatever you do, don’t forget the snake (we recommend a stuffed one, but it’s ultimately your decision).

3) Oops I Did It Again: Red latex bodysuit (or a red shirt with red leggings) with sturdy black boots (because you can’t dance on the moon in sneakers). Wear a long wig in a high, slicked-back ponytail, and pile on the white eyeshadow. 

4)  Circus Ringmaster: A black leotard with knee-high boots and a red ringmaster’s jacket. You will obviously need a top hat and riding crop á la Britney’s Circus tour props.

5) Toxic: A bright blue dress and a matching hat. 

3. Spice Girls:

What you need:

1) Baby Spice: Pink or purple dress, similar to this one and white heels. 

2) Scary Spice: Tribal print romper with black wedge booties.

3) Posh Spice: Sparkly romper with strappy heels. 

4) Sporty Spice: Sports bra and loose fitting sweatpants. Don’t forget your tennis shoes.

5) Ginger Spice: A blue dress, red and white duck tape to make the British flag, and white go-go boots (bonus points if you have white go-go boots).

4. The Plastics:

What you need:

PINK!

1) Regina George: Pink cardigan, white undershirt (with two holes cut out), a purple bra, and a mini skirt. 

2) Gretchen Weiners: Plaid mini skirt and a pink crop top. 

3) Karen Smith: Bunny ears, rhinestones to make a backwards K, and a black leotard. 

4) Pre-“Plastics” Cady Heron: All you need is an XL Pink Polo… better raid your guy best friend’s closet now. 

5) “Plastics” Cady Heron: Letterman jacket and a tiara. 

5. Scooby Doo Gang: (Perfect for a co-ed group)

What you need:

1) Scooby Doo (for the guy in your group of friends): Brown pants, a brown t-shirt, black spots, and dog ears. (Bonus points for blue necklace)

–(for the girl in your group of friends): Brown shorts or leggings, a brown tank top or crop top, black spots, blue necklace, and dog ears. 

2) Shaggy (for the guy in your group of friends): Green tshirt and brown pants. 

3) Fred (for the guy in your group of friends): White polo and jeans. (Bonus points for orange scarf) 

4) Daphne: Purple skater skirt and crop top (or tank top), purple headband, and a green scarf.  

5) Velma: Orange crop top (or tank top), red skater skirt, orange knee high socks, and glasses. 

6. The Incredibles:

What you need:

Red tights, a black leotard or spandex shorts, a red crop top or tank top, the Incredibles logo, a black mask, and black boots.
