When it’s cold, wet and windy outside, the last thing most of us want to do is get on the treadmill, but with the supermarkets already stocking up on the mince pies and other Christmas goodies, you can’t give up on that toned tummy you’ve spent all summer maintaining!

6. Cheryl – I Don’t Care
‘I Don’t Care’: whether you saw her might-be-miming, definitely-nip-slipping performance on X-Factor, (sorry-not-sorry), this track is perfect to help you shake off your inhibitions and get your sweat on.
7. Andy C & Fiora – Heartbeat Loud
The definition of a club banger, this little number is here to pick you back up when you start flagging – you can do it, just three tracks left…
