FKA Twigs is an up and coming female artist who recently began to gain a lot of popularity. She has also undoubtedly become an icon in the tumblr and twitter community. FKA Twigs writes her own lyrics, produces a lot of her own beats, and even has directed some of her music videos. She is incredibly inspiring and creatively talented. With that being said, her concert at The Showbox on November 18th was something of an extra-terrestrial and spiritual experience. If you haven’t given her a listen yet, you are doing yourself a great disservice.
