This week’s campus cutie is Hailey Jane Reid, a third year Western student studying Consumer Behavior. This tiny blonde is a bundle of energy. She currently lives with her five best friends in London, but is originally from Markham, Ontario.

What are your plans after graduation?There are so many different options! First, I want to travel around Europe for a while and once I’ve returned I plan to get my CFP (Certified Financial Planner) designation.*Hailey also has dreams of becoming the first 5ft Victoria Secret Model.
What would you say your staple outfit consists of?Black on black on black… it goes with everything.
Would you rather a romantic dinner out or to order pizza in?A romantic dinner out! I would never say no to The Keg.
What show are you currently obsessed with?Netflix: Gossip Girl and Kourtney & Khloe Take The Hamptons… trashy TV is my go-to at any time of the day.
What do you wish most for at 11:11?I can’t tell you, it wouldn’t come true!!!*Hailey claims she has been wishing for the same thing for years! We hope it comes true for her!
What is your favourite pastime?Shopping… or sleeping.On any school night you can find me in bed by 10pm (minus the weekends obviously).
What do you crave most during exam time?Chocolate anything.
Do you have a favourite book?Anything from the Robert Munch series, especially ‘Alligator Baby’.
Any exciting events coming up in your life?I recently got involved with Spur @ Western and I’m really excited for the upcoming fashion show! Stay tuned!
What is your favourite drink? (Alcoholic or otherwise!)I’d choose beer over liquor any day, but I’d also go for a banana/ strawberry smoothie.
What is your relationship status?Taken! 4 years strong.
Does he go to Western?Yes! But we met in High School.
What is the most played song on your IPhone right now?World’s Greatest – R. Kelly* Hailey was once Justin Bieber’s biggest fan, but now she prefers variations of “thug rap”… The thug life chose her.
What course that you’ve taken at Western has been your favourite so far?BIZ 1220, Mr. Silverberg was by far the best Prof.
Tell me an interesting fact about yourself!I was a member of the National Trampoline team throughout High School…. I can also belly dance…so that’s cool.
What will you be asking Santa for this Christmas?I’m definitely asking for vacation money to travel. It has always been a dream of mine to travel to Italy or Greece!* Santa, she swears she’s been good.
