And as the clock strikes midnight on Halloween and you listen very closely you can hear it; you can hear the faint cry of Mariah Carey wanting you for Christmas.

Listen, it’s basically Christmas time now and don’t let anybody tell you differently. The time for gingerbread, tinsel, and jingle bells is finally upon us. Don’t permit anyone to get sassy with you when you’re stringing up lights and garland in your dorm room, or buying a mini tree at Dollarama. They obviously aren’t merry enough for your top notch Christmas spirit. If there are people telling you “It’s only the day after Halloween.” or “It’s a little early for decorating.” or “You can’t string any more lights, our electricity bill will be too high.” turn up the volume on this playlist to drown out their un-merrier-ness, you don’t need that kind of negativity in your life.
