For those who aren’t familiar with asymmetrical skirts and dresses, they are making a serious comeback! An outfit that is fierce, fashion-forward, and ready to hit the runway or a night on the town. The angles on the skirt or dress add an extra flare to the usual style scene.

These pieces are perfect for upcoming spring season; however, you could pair these skirts or dresses with tights and keep warm for a chilly night. A luxury Italian company, Salvatore Ferragamo, uses these styles in their collection sold at Nordstrom. When these skirts are paired with a button down or simple top the look can be very casual yet still fashionable. Add some heels and a silk top and you can easily dress for a date night or girl’s night out.

It’s nice to have a change from the usual straight laced skirts and dresses. Asymmetrical design adds some shape to your outfit and our perfect for a look that’ll get you noticed. So keep an eye out for these types of designs at department stores to add a little edge to your closet.
