Here’s what we know about Winter Storm Juno!

–          Locations in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Long Island and Rhode Island have picked up over 2 feet of snow

–          Juno was a record snowstorm for Worcester, Mass.

–          There were reports of “Thundersnow” in the coastal portions of Rhode Island and Massachusetts late Monday and early Tuesday

–          Juno’s most severe coastal flooding occurred in eastern Massachusetts, in areas most exposed to north winds going up to 50-80 mph

–          Juno was named by the winter storm naming committee at The Weather Channel on Sunday morning. The name Juno comes from Roman mythology, and refers to a goddess who looked after the women of Rome
