HC: What would you tell the world about living in Guam? Is it postcard perfect all the time?
BL: It’s a paradise, but so so so so so small!! I just lost interest after being there my whole life. I don’t think people realize how incredibly small it actually is. But it is beautiful, all the time.
HC: Who is your celebrity crush? Where would you take them for Valentine’s Day?
BL: Do you even have to ask? Taylor Swift all day, everyday. I just love everything about her. First, we would go to underwater world in Guam. It is one of the largest underwater tunnels with marine life and you can walk through it and have dinner there and everything. I would then surprise her with a private dinner under the ocean and, you know, see where it goes from there *he said with a glimmer in his eye*.
HC: What’s your favorite food? Favorite snack? (Because there is a huge difference there)
BL: Squid ink spaghetti! It’s delicious but so hard to find here!! It’s all black and makes your mouth all black and gross looking too. I don’t like snacks…. but fruit. I like fruit!
HC: So the question I am just sure you loved to be asked all the time, why are you an RA?
BL: It’s given me a great opportunity to meet so many people that I wouldn’t have otherwise. I like the idea that I might spark the mind that will change the world because I may not be able to. That’s right. Mic Drop.
HC: If you were stuck inside during a huge snowstorm, what would you do to kill time?
BL: I’d watch hella romantic comedies, probably drink some tea, try to play the piano. Note the word try, as in I don’t know how but could potentially learn.
HC: Favorite Disney Movie?
BL: The Lizzie McGuire movie hands down! “Goodbye Lizzie, hello fabulous!”
HC: Favorite Rom-com??
BL: Letters to Juliet! Italy and love, what more can you ask for? Also….Amanda Seyfried ;)
HC: Favorite dance move…and please demonstrate!
BL: You step side to side with the beat of the music while lifting your hands up and down, side to side until you collapse of exhaustion. End with jazz hands. It’s a very complicated process. You have to pretty advanced to try this. Be careful if you get the urge to do it yourself. This was your warning.
HC: What has been your favorite class thus far at SU?
BL: My computer science classes are great. I love writing programs and coding. It’s an art form that doesn’t get appreciated enough. I get to write codes that actually end up being something so much larger than itself…if that makes sense.
HC: What is it like being a twin?
BL: We are VERY different, but it’s great! It’s like having another you! It is also honestly fun to tell people there is more of me in another part of the world haha.
