This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Xavier chapter and does not reflect the views of Her Campus.

Maybe you know him as that one guy that works in Coffee Emporium (and really, God bless him for making the best coffee on campus), but you probably didn’t know that Ben Durham, senior, is a business consultant for a student run firm called Aramis Consulting or that he is co-president of TEDxXavierUniversity! As he’s enjoying his last bits of Xavier life, we asked him about some of his favorite things to share with you.

Name: Ben Durham

Year: Senior, Class of 2015

Major: Entrepreneurial Studies

Activities: Skiing, wake boarding

Relationship status: In a Relationship

Favorite sport: Soccer

Hollywood Crush: Meghan Markle

Favorite TV show: Suits

What’s your favorite thing about Xavier?

I’ve met so many individuals here that will be lifelong friends.

What quote best describes you?

“Failure is an option here. If things are not failing, you are not innovating enough.” – Elon Musk

If you could be any superhero, who would it be and why?

Aqua Man. Who wouldn’t want to control dolphins and sharks?

What is your favorite spot off-campus?

I love going to Ault Park when it’s nice out. It’s a great place to completely relax and clear my mind.

Fun facts?

I’m a MASSIVE soccer fan and actually have a small collection of soccer jerseys, close to 30, from teams all over the world. I’m also quite the nerd. While I’m really bad at video games I know quite a bit about various eSports (a.k.a professional video games). I’m also an avid skier as well as wake boarder and wake surfer.
