15 Romantic Movies to Watch on a Lonely Valentine’s Day

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at FSU chapter.

With Valentine’s Day around the corner, we can all sense a sort of “love” in the air. If you’re single, you’re probably sighing at the mere sight of the aisles in Wal-Mart, Walgreens, Target (I mean the list goes on), but the reality is: February 14th is Valentine’s Day. You don’t have to be in a relationship to tell the people you care about how much you love them or watch a good romantic comedy. So get in the Valentines Day spirit and check out these movies!

1. The Notebook

Glimpse: 1940’s. Nicholas Sparks. Ryan Gosling. Rachel McAdams. Legendary.

4. Dear John

Glimpse: Starring Channing Tatum and Amanda Seyfried in a movie based on a Nicholas Sparks novel. A soldier falls in love with a student before he gets deployed over seas.
