The Dating Game comes back to USC

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at South Carolina chapter.

If any of you single ladies are on the look out for a new beau (or a fun activity to partake in), read on!

Freshman Council and the Residence Hall Association will be hosting The Dating Game again this year. For those of you who don’t know, the event is based off the 1960’s game show where one bachelor or bachelorette blindly asks questions to 3 potential candi(dates), and chooses a match based solely on their answers.

Applications for contestants, bachelors and bachelorettes are being accepted until 11:59 p.m. this Friday, March 6th. Applicants who are selected will have to undergo an interview process that begins March 16th to ensure that the best contenders are chosen. You may or may not find the love of your life, but odds are high that you’ll have a great time, so be sure to apply!

You can fill out the application here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1tfyUXxgerNYAjTmSCJBO-xDGbKJsG9vO_JM2dDmoyCU/viewform

The event will take place at 8 p.m. on April 1st in the Russell House Ballroom.

If you suffer from stage fright or are in a relationship, you should still mark your calendar because it’s guaranteed to be a night of laughs. Come show your support for Freshman Council and the Resident Hall Association and watch your fellow Gamecocks find love!
