The standards on which these condoms were rated were reliabilty, holes, and packaging. As for reliability and holes, the condoms were blown up with air, and the ones that expanded most without popping or creating holes were deemed best. The condoms were also dipped in saline solution and zapped with electricity to check for further holes. Just remember that the industry standards are not as high, and some brands do not meet these requirements.
