The snow has finally melted, and our post-Spring Break glow is definitely on display. Now that we are getting back into a sunnier mind set, the gym seems to be getting more and more crowded. So let go of your dull workout routine and poor eating habits and swap them for these spring fitness and health trends to help you get back into the swing of things!
