Happy Easter break! Whether you’re at home kicking it with your family or you stayed at school for some much needed R&R, we thought you might enjoy our definitive ranking of the best candies you’ll find nestled at the bottom of your baskets. Easter only comes around once a year, so grab your favorite chocolate or candy from the list and break your Lenten fast (after 40 days without, chocolate has never tasted so good).

5. Chocolate Eggs

The bright wrapping paper screams spring and is bound to put anyone in a good mood. If we’re being honest with ourselves, they’re just little balls of chocolate, which explains it’s ranking on the list, but we never pass up an excuse to have some.

4. Starburst Jellybeans

Source

Looking for something to fill those plastic eggs with? Starburst has you covered. They’re a deliciously sweet upgrade from regular jellybeans – just be careful not to eat the whole bag. But if that were to happen, we’re not here to judge.

3. Chocolate Bunnies

Nothing, and we mean nothing, is more satisfying than eating a chocolate bunny. Admittedly, we do feel a little bad when we bite the ears off, but chocolate in bunny form tastes 10x better than it normally does.

2. Peeps

Everyone has their own favorite way of eating these sugary pillows of yumminess – not to mention a very distinct color preference. If yellow tastes different than pink, guess you’ll just have to try them all!

1. Reese’s Peanut Butter Eggs

If you haven’t had one of these delicious, peanut buttery, chocolate-y goodness, you really must rectify that this break. Immediately. Trust us, they’re that good.

Honorable Mention: Cadbury Marshmallow Easter Eggs

It’s chocolate, and it’s marshmallow so we really had to give them a mention.
