There’s not much to say. She kills every runway and is quickly becoming a top pick for designers. She’s modeling with the likes of Iman and Karlie Kloss. Gigi is highly versatile and rocks every look she’s given, whether it’s sexy minimalist or 70’s flower child.
For a kid coming from a famous mom, she’s very down to earth. She spends time with her sister Bella and her brother Anwar regularly. They not only are an adorable trio, but all the sisterly love between Gigi and Bella makes us melt.
3. Her relationship with her mother is just as great.
Her mother Yolanda suffers from Lyme disease, and Gigi told E! News, “You know it’s hard, especially with something like Lyme disease, not a lot of people know about it, especially doctors so they don’t really know how to help, medical wise. It’s really hard for me and my siblings to know how we could help, but I guess just being supportive is the best way we can do it. You can tell how much it means to her when, during a lunch break on a shoot, I’ll FaceTime her and talk to her about how my day’s going. I think just the little things like that is what’s helping her get through it.” How sweet is she!?
4. Her relationship with Cody is just super adorable.
They’re a normal couple that goes to Disney and hangs out on the beach, but of course they look gorgeous doing it. They’re cute and their long-lasting relationship makes us want to hook us a Cody Simpson of our own. She commented to E! News that he’s romantic year-round, so Valentine’s Day feels like any other day! Swoon. They are a great and easygoing pair that seriously rivals our other fav couples like Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield.
5. Last but not least, she seems so much like one of us.
She’s relatable. She bakes, wears granny panties, and is just totally awesome. When we look at her in a magazine we don’t feel somehow inferior. She’s healthy and she promotes being healthy. She told E! News, “I’ve kinda had an easy time with the whole body image thing, just because from the second I walked into IMG, I was like, ‘This is what I wanna do with my career, but the one thing is that I’m not gonna lose a certain amount of weight. I’m not gonna be extremely skinny.’ I just don’t want to do that,” she explained. “I’ve always been an athlete. I’ve always had a certain body type that I’ve always been happy with and I didn’t wanna let that go for a career.” Now that’s something we can get behind! We look forward to seeing where she goes in her career and are crossing our fingers for a big cover for her! Uh Elle magazine, where are you?
