HC: What is your name?
IG: My name is Isabel Grauds.
HC: How old are you?
IG: I am 19 years old.
HC: What is your grade level?
IG: I’m in my sophomore year.
HC: What is your major?
IG: Right now I’m interior design but I was architecture. However, now I have architecture as a minor instead.
HC: What is one thing you like and one thing you do not like about your major?
IG: I like that I get to change people’s environments and how they live. I don’t like how everyone assumes interior is only about decorations.
HC: Why did you choose SCAD?
IG: My art teacher in high school told me to.
HC: What are your hobbies?
IG: My hobbies are cooking, watching documentaries, watching Korean dramas, rendering interior spaces, dancing and playing Sims.
HC: What do you want to do with your future beyond college?
IG: I want to travel and work around the world doing sustainable design.
HC: Have you made any accomplishments so far?
IG: I interned in the Dominican Republic during Spring Break and helped build houses.
