1. Free time

We may have perfected the ability to binge-watch Netflix into the wee hours of the morning, but, now that the semester is coming to a close, we rarely have the time to utilize that skill. In between school work, finals studying, and club duties, there’s no time for any fun. Bring back the sunshine and the free time!

2. Pool parties

It’s time to get out of the stuffy library and into the pool. If you’re concerned about your summer bod, kick these last two weeks of school up a notch by joining Crunch Live (and win our giveaway for a free 1 month pass)! With guided workouts and plans, you’ll be in tip-top shape for the summer and ready to highlight your great arm muscles with some gold and silver flash tattoos from Blink Tattoos

3. Non-cafeteria food

Pretzel bread is great and all, but some one drive us to the nearest Chipotle stat. Her Campus Xavier even has some buy-one-get-one free cards as incentive for getting us there to enjoy our favorite burrito!

4. Going to outdoor summer concerts

Probably some of the best social events of our summer is going to all those country concerts. Need some new clothes? Try out boohoo – and for a limited time get a discount code from us! – and pick up one of the “April Showers” ponchos in case of unexpected rain.

5. Reading a good book

Even if you’re a huge reader normally, college has a way of ruining that with it’s extensive philosophy texts. Trust us, though, Rich Bitch by Nicole Lapin is definitely our on the top of our summer reading list. Aside from being a successful and influential TV anchor, Lapin is providing us with the tips and tricks to actually become financial savvy (and, after looking at our bar tab last night, we are in need of some major help).

6. Finally gaining some real-world experience

The classroom can only teach us so much. Some of us are starting internships, which is a fabulous way to get acquainted with, what could be, your future position. Still looking for an opportunity? Jewelry company chloe + isabel’s GEM program offers college women marketing and sales experience – while earning resume experience and commission. Fill out your application here
