The founders of Her Campus, Stephanie Kaplan Lewis, Annie Chandler Wang, and Windsor Hanger Western, have come out with the first HC book. The authors are traveling around on a book tour to introduce their book to HC chapters across the country. I pre-ordered the book two weeks ago and started reading it as soon as I got it. The Guide to College Life has all the tips any girl will need for how to survive college. From relationships to stressing about midterms, we’ve all been there and now HC is putting their tips into words. Each chapter breaks down different things you will need to know.
One chapter that I think is especially important is on keeping your things safe in your dorm room. It may be your room, but it is not as safe as your room at home, especially if you’re rooming with a few people. The HC tips are ones I would absolutely use in my everyday life and some I’ve actually started using already. If you want to know how to stay safe and healthy and have a fun four years in college then you should 100% pick up your copy! It is also a great gift for any girls you know who will be going into college as it gives tips on items to pack that you would have never thought you needed.
