If you are headed home this summer, chances are you will experience a wide array of emotions. Processing what it means to leave campus life behind for awhile can take its toll, but fear not, we understand.
You realize you’ll be back home in your own room for the summer so you won’t have to deal with your roommate’s annoying habits or her boyfriend who just won’t leave:
But then you realize that you won’t get to see your best friends down the hall, so you’re pretty sad about that:
As the meal plan runs low, and the grocery budget dwindles you realize you can’t wait for home cooked meals:
But then you realize that gone are the days (or weeks) of just eating pizza when you want it:
You think about all the places you’ll go and the fun you’ll have because you don’t have to worry about classes:
But then you remember last summer, and it was a little more like this most of the time:
So you know you should get a job:
But you need a degree and experience for the job you want:
At least you can enjoy some time with your awesome family:
And when fall comes back around, you know you’ll be ready to go back to school because you want that degree and you’ve missed your friends:
