At HC Ship – we love to get to know each other better! Here is Maddie’s intro!
I am a people person who enjoys learning about what makes others tick. I enjoy giving
others guidance, especially in the realm of relationships. Food is one of my great loves and I
especially enjoy trying (and sometimes failing) new and interesting recipes. Time in nature is a
must for me, so I am very happy to attend a University that is just a short drive from the
Appalachian Trail! When I spend time in nature I like to photograph the boundless beauty that is
to be found there. Some days when I am feeling exceptionally moody and deep, I may break
open one of my many notebooks and scribble some poetry. I am very excited for this upcoming
year, and look forward to further developing my writing and photography skills. HerCampus
seemed like a great opportunity to reach these goals, as well as a chance to meet some great new
people!
