Saturday night, all of the UConn a capella groups performed at their biannual Rush Concert.  Each sang two songs to showcase their talent to the audience, which included individuals interested in trying out for one of the nine groups.  Highlights included Conn Men’s rendition of “Feeling Good,”A Minor’s take on “American Boy,” and the introduction of a brand new all-female a cappella group, Drop the Bass.  The new group quickly showed they could hang with the veterans as they sang two songs with stellar solos.

The groups will be holding auditions this Sunday and Monday night for anyone interested in trying out for one of the groups.
