It’s no secret that Taylor Swift has basically the coolest, most powerful friendship squad in Hollywood right now. Made up of actresses, singers, and Victoria’s Secret models, it’s hard not to want to be a part of this awesome group. Here are six reasons why!
1. Have you seen this line-up?
We’ve got Gigi Hadid, Karlie Kloss, Cara Delavigne, Selena Gomez, Zendaya, and more. Recent additions to the group have been Amy Schumer and Mariska Hargitay, along with many others that have popped up on her recent 1989 tour. The friendship squad is becoming bigger and more powerful by the day, and we can’t say we don’t want to get in on that.
2. They dominate the red carpet
When nominees arrive at the red carpet, they usually have a significant other on their arm. When Taylor arrives, she brings her whole crew. Just recently at the VMAs, Taylor entered with Gigi Hadid, Hailee Stenfeld, Martha Hunt, Cara Delevingne, Selena Gomez, Serayah, Mariska Hargitay, Lily Aldridge, and Karlie Kloss. That’s a whole lot of support.
3. Being friends with Taylor Swift could mean making an appearance on stage
To say her recent 1989 tour has been star-studded would be an understatement. Almost every night of her tour, a new star has surprised the audience by sharing the stage with Taylor. Besides her usual pals, celebs such as The Weeknd, Serena Williams, Uzo Aduba, and more have appeared as surprise guests on Taylor Swift’s most recent tour.
4. They go on vacations
Not only did Swift go vacationing with her usual buds, she brought along Amy Schumer and Jennifer Lawrence to partake in the exciting activities, which included hanging out in the middle of the ocean, chilling on boats, and whizzing around on jet skis.
5. They make music videos together
If you saw the “Bad Blood” music video, you know just how many of Taylor’s celeb friends made appearances. (18, to be exact.) And come on, if you saw the video, you also know that they killed it. We can only imagine how much fun it must have been to get to your job every day and get to hang out and film with all your friends.
6. No matter what, they always have each other’s backs
At least, from what we can glean on social media. Whether they’re partying out at a club, flaunting their stuff on the red carpet, or just having a fun night at home, Taylor Swift and her squad always seem to be having a great time, and always seem to be looking out for each other.
