Top 10 Fall Dates in Madison

The weather’s finally getting chilly, so grab someone to keep you warm and try out these fun Madison date ideas!

1. Take a walk through the arboretum.  Make sure to take advantage of the fall colors and the photo opps.

2. Go Apple picking/ go to a pumpkin patch. Yes it’s basic but it’s also very cute

3. Warm up with some hard cider at one of State Street’s many bars

4. Catch a free movie at Union South.  Check out the schedule here.

5. Make a bonfire at picnic point, but make sure to load up on the blankets!

6. Go to the free Pumpkin Carving at Union South October 26th from 7pm to 9pm. 

7. Have a hot chocolate date and find out where on campus really has the best hot cocoa.  Check out Colectivo, Barriques, Starbucks, Michelangelo’s, or Espresso Royal!

8. Go skating at the shell. Or if you’re afraid of embarrassing yourself go to a class and learn to skate! 

9. Slow Food Family Dinner Night at The Crossing. It’s $5 and delicious but make sure to reserve a spot!

10. Enjoy seasonal fall food and have lunch at Graze. Monday- Friday from 11:00-2:30 pm and it won’t break the bank like Graze’s dinner! Check out the menu here.
