The summer may be officially over but we can’t help but reminisce about the last few months after watching this video, featuring pool parties, surf getaways, and exotic sea sights.
Meet the Internet’s favorite, Alexis Ren and Jay Alvarrez, the hot, young couple that has inspired us all to explore and make memories, regardless of budget. Take a look of their photos. Earlier this year, Alvarrez expressed his love for Ren with a video titled “Girl of My Dreams, a true honeymoon love fog sensation that followed up with a separate one of their fun-filled trip in California. This time, as if it were the extended version of Rich Kids on Instagram, their wildly exciting summer video accounted for more than 385,000 YouTube subscribers. Alexis as much as Jay boast more than 2 million followers in Instagram and Tumbler separately. Surely, whether you scroll down the Instagram posts or follow them on Twitter with the hashtag “let’s live” you’ll know that their idea of having fun is a far outcry to what we are normally accustomed, at least for most of us it is.
However, one thing is for sure. What makes their videos so potent and aw-consuming besides of showing off cool images is the fact that their lives relates  very much to ours in terms of being young and having fun. They leave us with images that make us dream about what might lie ahead with our next summer vacation. They live in a world that calls for goals, bucket list goals, pretty much anything the average teenager may dream of doing, like that of jumping off a plane on an inflatable dolphin. This isn’t about rich kids showcasing how much they spend on their lavish lifestyles although that’s been part of the criticisms since the first post. It’s all actually about finding someone to spend an awesome time with.Â
They may be very cute, very wealthy, and well-traveled. But who cares? The duo manages to inspire us all to LIVE and appreciate those very special moments in life, even though if there are the smallest silly things. Really, anything that kicks off our morning gear, be it cat videos or small snippets of the other world it deserves to be shared.
