- “I enjoy cooking at home, playing rugby, and going to Wynwood for recreational activities.”
What organizations are you involved in on campus?
- “Pi Kappa Phi, Dance Marathon, FIU Rugby, and Alternative Breaks.”
What is your most memorable moment at FIU?
- “Being able to take cooking classes in the BBC. This is what I live for so it was a great opportunity to take this class and excel in what I do best.”
What are your plans after graduation?
- “I’m planning on attending the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in either New York or California and after I graduate from there, I wish to open my own non-franchised restaurant near a university.”
