My favorite day of the year is the first day of every month. To me, a new month is full of excitement and opportunity; it gives me a chance for a new beginning. I particularly like November because one of my favorite poems, My November Guest by Robert Frost is centered around the month. I hope that everybody had an enjoyable October, and if you didn’t, now is the time to make some changes and to shed your worries like the trees are shedding their leaves. November may be the beginning of cold weather and icy sidewalks, but perhaps we should take a cue from Mr. Frost and learn “to know the love of bare November days…”
…How will you embrace this new beginning?
