Top 6 “Hello” Adele Cover Songs

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at UW Lax chapter.

Since Adele’s new hit single, “Hello,” swept the nation and had girls sobbing in libraries, there have been many covers made by various artists and YouTube channel stars.  For the most part, they all sound the same, as talented as they all may be. There are a select few, however, that are refreshingly brilliant and artistic. These 6 “Hello” cover songs would make Adele proud, and if you watch any of her cover songs, it should be these…

1. Leroy Sanchez—This Spanish singer had me at “Hello”. His voice and rendition of Adele’s new song gives Adele a run for her money.

2. Alice Olivia—Alice gives “Hello” a lovely, unique vibe.

3. Unnamed student from Seoul Music High School—Soft, sweet and passionate. This young girl almost brought me to tears, too.

4. Sara’h—A French version of “Hello”. A beautiful song sung in a beautiful language.

5. Janick Thibault—A surprisingly refreshing spin on the sappy hit. It’s “Hello” turned rock.

So, what do you think? Are they as good as the original?
