The popular makeup and skin care company Clinique runs a year-round promotion in which customers spend a minimum amount on Clinique products and receives a free bonus with their purchase. Department stores which host a Clinique counter in their makeup section, such as Macy’s and Nordstrom, have their bonuses at different times during the year. Since they are such popular places to shop, the bonus continues while supplies last, so make sure you get there the second it starts to take advantage of the amazing free beauty supplies!
How do I know when there’s a bonus?
Luckily for us, there are a few websites that have made it their mission to document each Clinique bonus so that we eager shoppers can get what we need without too much stress. If you scroll down the homepage, there’s a chart showing how long a bonus is lasting, what store is hosting it, the minimum amount of money you need to spend and the value of the bonus gift. If you have to spend more to get the bonus, chances are the bonus also has more in it!

Luckily, Clinique is hosting a bonus right now in Nordstrom stores. If you spend a minimum of $29 at Nordstrom, you get a bonus worth $85.
What’s in the bonus?
All bonuses come in a cute cosmetics bag. Most of them contain an eyeshadow palette, lipstick and mascara. There are also skin care products. If you get the bonus while there are a lot of supplies available, you get the option to choose between two or three eyeshadow palettes or lip shades in order to get what best suits you.
In the current bonus being offered at Nordstrom, buyers get a blush chubby stick, an eyeshadow palette, a half mascara/half eyelash primer stick, and a full lipstick. I say this because sometimes the bonus comes with a double sided mascara and lipstick stick. It comes in handy for throwing in your handbag so you have makeup on the go, but you don’t get the full amount of makeup. Buyers also get skincare products, including a liquid facial soap and makeup remover.
