What’s one thing residents should know about their RA’s? When we say “my door is always open for you,” we mean it. Whether it’s to talk about your favorite candy or the pressure you feel at this school, we are always willing to talk.

What advice do you have for any of us aspiring Bhangradores?
It’s all about having fun while you’re dancing; so much of your energy is in your smile.

What’s the coolest part about being a Bhangradore?
I think the coolest part about being a BhangraDore for me has been travelling for competitions. It’s crazy to me that collegiate bhangra is so huge, and I love getting the chance to watch other teams’ performances. The best part about travelling is definitely the team bonding that happens during our road trips, though.

Favorite thing about Vanderbilt:
I love everything about the Commons experience. My hall mates from last year are still some of my best friends, and nothing beats Commons omelettes and potatoes on Sunday morning.
